John Nicholson Low, Mechanical Engineer. Former student c. 1929-1931, of Dundee Technical College and School of Art, later lecturer at Dundee Institute of Art and Technology (c. 1932-1974). Prominent member of Institute of Production Engineers (later Institute of Manufacturing Engineers). Developer of the first BSc in Industrial Engineering at the Institute, possibly also in the UK.
